Our Physical Store Has Closed – Shop Online

Our natural health and wellbeing products are available online only.

We’ve closed our physical store.

Along with all NZ businesses, we’ve been affected by COVID-19. As a result, we’ve had the difficult task of having to evaluate our offering, to ensure we are responding to the crisis in the best way we can. COVID-19 has accelerated all sorts of change, including the way we all connect, work, play and shop. The move to online shopping (where we can get the things we need delivered safely, quickly and easily to our doors) has impacted the more traditional retail shops. In light of this, we’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close the doors to our physical retail store in New Lynn.


We’ll be focusing on online for now.

As a 100% family-owned and kiwi business we are committed to our purpose of making a positive, lasting impact on the wellbeing of people and the planet. To that end, we will be focusing our efforts entirely on our core business, our online store. With over 100 staff employed across our Golden Bay and Auckland sites and over 100,000 Kiwi customers across the country, we feel a collective responsibility to ensure the ongoing viability of our company, for our staff and customers alike. After 30+ years of home deliveries for Kiwis (first through mail-order, then later through our online store) we’re thankful to be able to help you access the naturally healthy products you need, online with delivery straight to your door, as NZ’s largest online Natural HealthNutritionEco-living & Beauty store.


Regular store customer? Your online account is ready to go.

If you have previously only ever shopped in our physical store, don’t worry. We’ve already set you up an online account, even if you haven’t shopped online with us before. If you’ve never set a password, or forgotten if you have, just select ‘Forgot Password’ under ‘Sign in / Join’ on our homepage. Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions. HealthPost Rewards work the same online as they do in-store. Any current Rewards you may have earnt in our physical store will be automatically applied to your Account online and will be available for you to use at checkout.
