I Want To Change My Delivery Address (Australia)

I placed my order and forgot to change my delivery address.
No worries! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address and we will update this for you.


My order is already on it's way to me. Can I still change my delivery address?
We are more than happy to assist you with the update of your address. Please contact us with your order number and the correct delivery address that you would like your parcel delivered to.

Once we have these details we will launch an investigation with New Zealand Post to try and get the address updated on your order. We do also suggest that you keep an eye on the tracking of your parcel via the Australia post website. Once your order has arrived in Australia, you can simply call them on 137678 with your tracking number and they may also be able to assist you with this request.

Please note that we are unable to change delivery addresses on parcels dispatched on Sunday.
