Shopping and Delivery Information for Australia

Please note, there may be small temporary delays for deliveries in Queensland and New South Wales, due to backlog within the Australian Postal Network, caused by recent weather events. These are expected to clear up by the end of March.

We offer two shipping options for our Australian customers:
  1. AusPost Parcel Post Delivery: FREE for orders over $79 NZD (and $4.50 NZD for orders under $79 NZD) with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days.
  2. AusPost Express Post Delivery: $5 NZD for orders over $79 NZD (and $9.50 NZD for orders under $79 NZD) with a targeted delivery of 3-8 days.

*Currently, Australia Post is delivering promptly, but there are occasional freight disruptions due to COVID-19. Please allow a few additional days to complete the delivery of your parcel.

Do your shipping options require signature upon delivery?

Our shipping options require signature with an authority to leave.

If you’d like your courier to leave your parcel without a signature, please advise this in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box at checkout. If this has been left blank and no one’s home during delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If neither are safe to do so, they will leave a card to call, and your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop for collection within 14 days.

Please note: To minimise risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, couriers will leave your parcel at your door, which you can then collect once they have left the premises.

What about paying GST tax to Australia?

On our New Zealand website, Australian GST isn’t included in product prices, instead it’s calculated at checkout and added to your order’s total. Once you place your order, we’ll sort the rest – we process the tax payment to Australia. You won’t pay NZ GST if you’re delivering to an Australian address.

Can I choose to see product prices in Australian dollar?

Absolutely! Head to the top right-hand corner of our website and look for where it says ‘Select currency’. There will be a dropdown option for you to select AUD.

Please note that:

  • All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars
  • Due to currency exchange rate changes throughout the day, the amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly from that displayed
  • Delivery and GST costs at checkout will show in NZD. Your order confirmation email will also display in NZD.

 

Can you send all products in your range to Australia?

Most of them, but not all. Honey and other bee products are restricted in Western Australia, so we’re unable to ship these products there.

If you have added a restricted product to your cart, our checkout process will automatically disable selecting a delivery method. You’ll be able to complete your order once this product has been removed.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once we’ve packed your order, you’ll receive a dispatch notification containing your parcel’s tracking number. You can then track your parcel’s journey on the Australia Post website. Further details also appear on NZ Post’s online tracking tool.
