Shopping and Delivery Information for Australia
We are accepting orders to Australian addresses on our www.healthpost.co.nz website.
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard eParcel Delivery: Free for orders over $79 NZD (and $4.50 NZD for orders under $79 NZD) with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days.
- Express eParcel Delivery: $5 NZD for orders over $79 NZD (and $9.50 NZD for orders under $79 NZD) with a targeted delivery of 3-8 days.
On our New Zealand site, Australian GST is not included in product prices, instead it is calculated at checkout and added to your order’s total.
Do you deliver to Australia?
Yes! We are accepting orders to Australian addresses, on our www.healthpost.co.nz website.
- Australian GST is not included in the product prices on our New Zealand website.
- Your GST is calculated at checkout and will be added to your order's total once you've entered your address
- Any order, including shipping (and GST tax), placed on www.healthpost.co.nz will be transacted in NZD.
How much is delivery to Australia?
We offer free Standard eParcel delivery to Australia on all orders over $79 NZD. For orders under $79 NZD, postage is just $4.50 NZD. The targeted delivery time for this service is 4-10 days, once your parcel been dispatched.
We also offer an Express eParcel delivery option to Australia. This costs $5.00 NZD for orders over $79 NZD. For orders under $79 NZD and under 3 kg the cost is $9.50 NZD and an additional $5 NZD per kg. The targeted delivery time for this service is 3-8 days once your parcel been dispatched.
Currently, Australia Post is delivering promptly, but there are occasional freight disruptions due to COVID-19. Please allow a few additional days to complete the delivery of your parcel.
What service do you send my parcel with?
Our Standard eParcel and Express eParcel delivery are signature required with authority to leave service, which means your parcel will be delivered right to your door.
If no one's home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call, and your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop, for your collection within 14 days.
You can add delivery instructions to your order at Checkout, for your courier to follow. This enables your parcel to be safely delivered, with your instructions, without your signature.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, if someone is present at the address the parcel will be delivered without a signature, and the recipient’s name will be asked, and recorded in AU Post’s system as acknowledgment of delivery.
Contact will be minimised by leaving the parcel at the door, for you to pick up once the driver or postie has left the premises.
When collecting a parcel from a post office, the customer’s name will be recorded as proof of delivery, and the parcel will be left on the counter for the customer to pick up, to minimise contact.
How do I log in to www.healthpost.co.nz ?
It's easy to register a new account on our www.healthpost.co.nz site, simply use the 'Sign in/Join' section and follow the prompts.
If you have previously registered an account on our previous site www.healthpost.com.au, you will be able to use the same email address and password to login on our www.healthpost.co.nz, where you will be able to place your order.
If you are unsure of your password, please use the ‘Forgot password’ link to re-set it. You can find easy to follow instructions here.
Prices on our www.healthpost.co.nz website
On our www.healthpost.co.nz website prices shown do not include Australian GST charges - these will be added to your order's total at Checkout, once you've selected Australia as your country of destination, and entered your full delivery address (including state and postcode).
If you qualify for free shipping, your GST charges will also be calculated at checkout.
Please note that any order placed on www.healthpost.co.nz will be transacted in NZD.
What about paying GST tax to Australia?
We've worked this out for you. Australia GST comes to 10% of your total order. This will be calculated at checkout, included in your total cost. Once you place your order we’ll sort the rest – we process the tax payment to Australia.
You won’t pay NZ GST if you’re delivering to an Australian address.

Can I choose to see product prices in Australian Dollars on www.healthpost.co.nz?
Absolutely! Simply select AUD from the Currency Selection drop-down list, located at the top right corner of our website, as you can see in the image below:
Please note that:
- All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars.
- Due to currency exchange rate changes throughout the day, the amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly from that displayed.
- Delivery and GST costs at checkout will show in NZD. Your order confirmation email will also display NZD.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once we've packed your order, you'll receive a dispatch notification containing your parcel’s tracking number. You can then track your parcel's journey on the Australia Post Website. Further details also appear on NZ Post Online tracking tool.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that Australia Post is occasionally experiencing small delays in its domestic network, please allow a few extra days for delivery in addition to the times mentioned below.
With Standard eParcel delivery service, you should receive your order within 4-10 days of the dispatch email being sent to you.
With our Express eParcel service, you should receive your order within 3-8 days of the dispatch email being sent to you.
Can you send all the products in your range to Australia?
Honey and other bee products are restricted in Western Australia so we’re unable to ship these products there.
There may be additional product restrictions for Australian deliveries.
If you have selected a restricted product, once you’ve entered your full address at checkout, our checkout page will not allow you to select a delivery method. You will be able to complete your order once you have removed the restricted product.
