Nationwide Delivery in New Zealand

How much is delivery ?
  • For orders under $59, postage is just $6.90.
  • For extra security, you can add a signature required service to your parcel for just $2.00 (NZ-only), with delivery just $8.90. Select signature required at checkout if you wish to use this option.

What service do you send my parcel with?

We offer both non-signature and signature required services with NZ Post. 

  • Our non-signature required service will deliver right to your door. If no one’s home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If unsafe to do so, they will leave a card to call.  
  • Our signature required service delivers your parcel directly to you. If no one’s home to sign for your parcel, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery. 
  • If you have saved a delivery instruction or an 'authority to leave' with NZ Post for your address, your parcel will be left at the location you've instructed with both our delivery services.
  • You can contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501 with your parcel's tracking number to arrange a re-delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey here.

Can I send my order to a business address?

Yes. Please include the business name in the 'company field' at checkout for a swift delivery. 

Can I send to a PO Box?

Yes. Please include your PO Box number in the street field of your order's delivery address.


When will I receive my order?

Orders to most destinations in New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on overnight service and should be with you within 1-2 working days. 

For rural locations, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive. 

For speed of processing weekend orders – we have a Sunday team and any orders dispatched on Sundays should be delivered to you on Tuesday or if you are on a Rural Delivery run, please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Do you have a click and collect option?

We do not currently have Click and Collect available. Please place your order on 


Can I send my parcel to any other Click and Collect location?

Yes. At checkout, simply enter the name (e.g. Countdown, NZ Post Shop, etc.) and address details of your chosen Click and Collect depot in the Company field. 

Please make sure your name appears as the name on the address. 

Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

Yes. Simply look-up your parcel's tracking number on NZ Post tracking tool.

You will see the options available for your parcel's re-direction there. Simply follow the prompts.

Or call NZ Post on 0800 501 501 to request a redirection.

Redirection requests require an extra day for delivery.
