We are now accepting orders to Australian addresses on our www.healthpost.co.nz website.
On our New Zealand site, Australian GST is not included in product prices, and therefore will be included in the shipping costs at the checkout.

Yes! We are now accepting orders to Australian addresses, on our www.healthpost.co.nz website
- Australian GST is not included in the product prices on our New Zealand website.
- Your GST is calculated at checkout as part of your shipping costs in the Delivery and Tax field.
- Any order, including shipping (and GST tax), placed on www.healthpost.co.nz will be transacted in NZD.
How do I log in to www.healthpost.co.nz
It's easy to register a new account on our www.healthpost.co.nz site, simply use the 'Sign in/Join' section and follow the prompts.
If you have previously registered an account on our previous site www.healthpost.com.au, you will be able to use the same email address and password to login on our www.healthpost.co.nz, where you will be able to place your order.
Prices on our www.healthpost.co.nz website
On our www.healthpost.co.nz website prices shown do not include Australian GST charges, so these will be added to the shipping cost at the checkout, as one charge, once you select Australia as your country of destination. If you qualify for free shipping, your GST charges will also be calculated at checkout.
Please note that any order placed on www.healthpost.co.nz will be transacted in NZD.
What about paying GST tax to Australia?
We've worked this out for you. Australia GST comes to 10% of your total order. This will be calculated at checkout, included in your total cost. Once you place your order we’ll sort the rest – we process the tax payment to Australia. You won’t pay NZ GST if you’re delivering to an Australia address.

Can I choose to see product prices in Australian Dollars on www.healthpost.co.nz?
Absolutely! Simply select AUD from the Currency Selection drop down list, located at the top right corner of our website, as you can see in the image below:

How much is delivery to Australia?
We offer free eParcel delivery to Australia on all orders over $79 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $4.50 NZD. The targeted delivery time for this service is 4-10 days, once your parcel been dispatched.
We also offer an EMS Courier option within Australia. This costs $14.90 NZD for up to 3kg, and $5 per additional kg. The targeted delivery time for this service is 3-7 days, once your parcel been dispatched.
Currently Australia Post is delivering promptly, but there are occasional freight disruptions due to COVID-19. Please allow a few additional days to complete the delivery of your parcel
What service do you send my parcel with?
We offer both a non-signature and signature required services to Australia.
Our eParcel delivery is a signature required with authority to leave service, which means your parcel will be delivered right to your door. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, if someone is present at the address , the parcel will be delivered without a signature, and the recipient’s name will be asked, and recorded in AU Post’s system as acknowledgment of delivery. If no one's home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call.
When using our EMS Courier service, the parcel will be delivered only if someone is present at the address at the time of delivery. The recipient's name will be asked and recorded instead of a signature as proof of delivery. This means the courier will not leave your parcel without someone being there. If no one is at the address to receive your parcel, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection.
Contact will be minimised by leaving the parcel at the door, for you to pick up once the driver or postie has left the premises.
When collecting a parcel from a post office, the customer’s name will be recorded as proof of delivery, and the parcel will be left on the counter for the customer to pick up, to minimise contact.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once we've packed your order, you'll receive a dispatch notification containing your parcel’s tracking number. You can then track your parcel's journey on the Australia Post Website. Further details also appear on NZ Post Online tracking tool.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that Australia Post is occasionally experiencing small delay in its domestic network, please allow few extra days for delivery in addition to the times mentioned below.
With eParcel delivery service, you should receive your order within 4-10 days of the dispatch notification being sent to you. With our EMS Courier service, you should receive your order within 3-7 days of the dispatch notification being sent to you.
Can you send to Australia all the products in your range?
Bee products are restricted to Western Australia so are unable to be sent there.
There may be some additional product restrictions applied for Australian deliveries
If you have selected a restricted product, once you’ve entered your full address at our checkout page, our checkout page will not allow you to select a delivery method. You will be able to complete your order once you have removed the restricted product.
