Unfortunately due to exceptionally high demand at this time we’re currently only able to accept orders from New Zealand customers.
Please note all orders to be sent to Australia should be placed on our www.healthpost.com.au dedicated website.
Where orders are placed on our New Zealand Website, the Australian GST is not included in the product prices and therefore will be included in the shipping costs at the checkout.
Do you deliver to Australia?
Yes! Simply place your order on our www.healthpost.com.au website, for your convenience prices are displayed and transacted in local AUD currency, these also include Australian GST. Your login details will be the same across both our www.healthpost.com.au and www.healthpost.co.nz your HealthPost Reward Dollars will carry through with you as well.
If you choose to shop on our www.healthpost.co.nz website prices shown will not include Australian GST charges, however these will be added to the shipping cost at the checkout. Should you qualify for free shipping, you will only be charged GST. Please note that any order placed on www.healthpost.co.nz will be transacted in NZD.
What about paying GST tax to Australia?
We've worked this out for you. Simply place your order on www.healthpost.com.au website, where all prices are inclusive of Australia GST charges. We will pay directly to Australia all required GST taxes, so you don't have to worry.
How much is delivery to Australia?
We offer free eParcel delivery to Australia on all orders over $79 AUD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $4.50. The targeted delivery time for this service is 4-8 business days, once your parcel been dispatched.We also offer an EMS Courier option within Australia. This costs $14.90 for up to 3kg, and $5 per additional kg. The targeted delivery time for this service is 3-5 business days, once your parcel been dispatched.
What service do you send my parcel with?
We offer both a non-signature and signature required service to Australia.
Our eParcel delivery is a signature required with authority to leave service, which means your parcel will be delivered right to your door. If no one's home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call.When using our EMS Courier service, a signature is required for delivery. This means the courier will not leave your parcel without it being signed for. If no one is at the address to sign for your parcel, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After you've placed your order, you'll receive a dispatch notification containing your parcel’s tracking number. You can then track your parcel's journey on the Australia Post Website. Further details also appear on NZ Post Online tracking tool.
When will I receive my order?
With eParcel delivery service, you should receive your order within 4-8 business days of the dispatch notification being sent to you.With our EMS Courier service, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days of the dispatch notification being sent to you.
