Nationwide Delivery in New Zealand
We’re currently delivering to NZ, Australian and selected international addresses only.
We're able to pack and send your parcel quickly. Our delivery partner, NZ Post, is experiencing some small delays to their usual service, with more than 90% of our orders being delivered within 3 days of NZ Post collecting them. Learn more on the NZ Post website.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $49 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $5.90
Free delivery available for non-signature delivery only.
Signature required? A $2 charge will apply.
Our normal delivery threshold is $49.
For extra security, you can add a signature required service to your parcel's delivery for just $2.00 to any parcel in New Zealand. For orders under $49, signature required delivery is just $7.90 including postage. To use the signature required service, simply select the signature required option at checkout.
What service do you send my parcel with?
We offer both a non-signature and signature required service with NZ Post.
When using our non-signature required service, your parcel will be delivered right to your door. If no one's home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call.When using our signature required service, the courier will not leave your parcel without it being signed for. If no one is at the address to sign for your parcel, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery. You can contact CourierPost on 0800 100 318 with your parcel's tracking number to arrange a re-delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey here.
If you don’t already have one you might want to sign up for a NZ Post account. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:
- Subscribe to tracking alert emails
- Redirect your parcel to another address
- Redirect your parcel to a NZ Post pick-up point
- Add special delivery instructions for the courier
Can I send my order to a business address?
Yes! Please remember to include the business name to ensure a swift delivery.
When will I receive my order?
We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery! Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service so should be with you within 1-2 working days. For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
For speed of processing weekend orders – we have a Sunday team and any orders dispatched on Sundays should be delivered to you on Tuesday or if you are on a Rural Delivery run, please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Do you have a click and collect option?
We do not currently have Click and Collect available. Please place your order on www.healthpost.co.nz
Can I send my parcel to any other Click and Collect location?
Yes! Simply enter the address details of the Click and Collect depot you wish your parcel to be sent to.
Please make sure your name appears as the name on the address, with the Click and Collect depot's name appearing in the Company field (e.g. Countdown, NZ Post Shop, etc.)
