International Delivery Options

The following delivery methods are available for international orders. Don't forget, you can easily estimate your cost of delivery by using our Estimate Delivery tool on our website.


  • Non-Tracked Airmail 
    Airmail is a non-tracked service. This will be delivered by the person who currently delivers all of your non-registered mail items. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. This service is only available for parcels under 2 kg, and $250 NZD. If your order is over these values, we will reflect to your all other delivery options available to your country. Please note that Non-Tracked Airmail is available on orders under $250 NZD.

  • Tracked Airmail 
    The Tracked Airmail service offers limited tracking. This is still an airmail service and does not require a signature upon delivery so may be left in a safe place by your delivery driver. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. This service is only available for parcels under 2 kg, and $250 NZD. If your order is over these values, we will reflect to your all other delivery options available to your country.

  • EMS Economy
    This service offers your limited tracking. EMS economy is delivered to you by your countries EMS carrier. This service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered.

  • EMS Courier 
    This service offers you tracking. EMS courier service is delivered by your EMS Carrier, this service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. This service takes between 3-8 business days to be delivered. 

  • Express Courier
    We use DHL as our Express courier service provider worldwide. DHL is not able to deliver to PO Boxes and they also require that you provide your phone number for delivery of your parcel. Should your parcel be being sent to a shop, please ensure that you provide the name of this. Failure to provide this information may cause a delay to your order leaving New Zealand.

    Please note that DHL requires us to send your order with an invoice,  so you may be liable for tax in your country of destination based on your countries regulations. Please check this with DHL or your countries customs authority before placing your order if you are at all worried about this.
