International Delivery Options
We are now able to deliver international tracked orders. Please expect some delivery delays. You can track the delivery of your order via NZ Post online tracking tool.

Please allow some extra time for your parcel to arrive due to delays from our worldwide delivery partners and with customs authorities
The following delivery methods are available for international orders. Don't forget, you can easily estimate your cost of delivery by using our Estimate Delivery tool on our website.
- Tracked Airmail
The Tracked Airmail service offers basic tracking. This is still an airmail service and does not always require a signature upon delivery so may be left in a safe place by your delivery driver. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered. This service is only available for parcels under 2 kg, and $250 NZD. If your order is over these values, we will reflect to you all other delivery options available to your country.
- EMS Courier (5-15 working days)
This service offers you basic tracking. EMS Courier (5-15 working days) is delivered to you by your country's EMS carrier. This service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. This service takes between 5-15 business days to be delivered.
- EMS Courier
This service offers you tracking. EMS courier service is delivered by your EMS Carrier, this service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. This service takes between 3-8 business days to be delivered.
- Express Courier
We use DHL as our Express courier service provider worldwide. DHL is not able to deliver to PO Boxes and they also require that you provide your phone number for delivery of your parcel. Should your parcel be sent to a shop, please ensure that you provide the name of this. Failure to provide this information may cause a delay to your order leaving New Zealand.
Please note that DHL requires us to send your order with an invoice, so you may be liable for tax in your country of destination based on your country's regulations. Please check this with DHL or your country's customs authority before placing your order if you are at all worried about this.
Targeted delivery time
Targeted delivery times are showing at the checkout in business days* and exclude customs authorities processing times.
What we mean by "business days" = Monday to Friday, not including public holidays in NZ and in your country of destination.
Targeted delivery time excludes customs processing time, as this is outside of HealthPost and our global freight partner's control.
