International Delivery Options

We’re currently delivering to all destinations.

Some destinations may experience delivery delays due to delays with our international delivery partners, and temporary reduced flight capacity out of New Zealand.

The following delivery methods are available for international orders. Don't forget, you can easily estimate your cost of delivery by using our Estimate Delivery tool on our website.

Tracked Economy (5-15 Business Days) 
  • This tracked service will work to deliver your parcel within 5-15 business days, with basic tracking.
  • This service is available for parcels under 20 kg to some destinations. 
  • This service does not always require a signature upon delivery so your delivery driver may choose to leave it in a safe place if you aren’t home. 

Tracked Airmail (5-15 Business Days) 
  • With orders up to $250 NZD and under 2 kg, this tracked service will work to deliver your parcel within 5-15 business days, with basic tracking. For orders above these values, we will suggest other delivery options available to your country. 
  • This service does not always require a signature upon delivery so your delivery driver may choose to leave it in a safe place if you aren’t home. 

EMS Courier (5-15 business days)
  • When you opt for this service, parcels aim to be delivered within 5-15 business days with tracking
  • This service requires a signature upon delivery to keep your parcel more secure.  

EMS Courier (3-8 business days)
  • For faster tracking options, this EMS Courier service aims to deliver between 3-8 business days with Tracking
  • This service requires a signature upon delivery to keep your parcel more secure.

DHL Express Courier
  • This service allows you full tracking
  • DHL requires you to provide your phone number for delivery purposes.
  • If your parcel’s delivery location is at a business address, please ensure this information is included at checkout. If you skip this, there may be a delay in getting your order out to you. 
  • DHL is also unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. 
  • Please note that DHL requires us to send an invoice with your order. Based on your country’s regulations, you may be liable for tax so be sure to check this. If you are uncertain, you can confirm with DHL or your country’s customs authority before placing your order. 

Targeted delivery time

Our targeted delivery times are shown at checkout in business days and exclude custom authorities' processing times. 

Our business days are Monday to Friday and don’t include public holidays – either in New Zealand or your country of destination.
