Changes to our Rewards Programme
HealthPost Rewards are just one of the ways we like to say thanks. Simply shop with us online or in-store to earn Rewards in the form of ‘HealthPost dollars’. For every $20 spent, we’ll give you back $1 back in Rewards. You can use your Rewards just like real dollars to spend on future orders.
We’ve recently made changes to simplify HealthPost Rewards
It’s now easier to use your Rewards
- We’ve made it easier for you to use your HealthPost Rewards
- In fact, there’s no need to do anything – any valid Rewards are now applied automatically for you at the Checkout
- Want to save them up? Just untick HealthPost Rewards in the Payment Method section at Checkout
Changes to earning Rewards
- You’ll continue to earn $1 in Rewards for every $20 you spend online or in-store
- We no longer offer any additional options to earn Rewards (Share with a Friend and Instagram are no longer on offer in My Account)
How long do I have to use my Rewards?
- Your Rewards are valid for 180 days from the date of your last order
- We’ll send you an email letting you know 10 days before your points are due to expire
Where can I check my Rewards balance?
- You can check your current Rewards balance any time in the header of our site (top right-hand corner, next to your shopping bag icon) and in most emails we send you.
How can I see my Rewards history?
- You’ll no longer be able to see your Rewards History table in My Account
- If you wish to see the Rewards you have redeemed on each one of your orders, you can view these in the ‘My Orders’ page:
- Locate your order in the ‘My Orders’ page
- Click ‘View Details’
- Click ‘Download PDF Invoice’
- Scroll down to the Total section of the invoice to view the amount discounted in Rewards

We’ve made changes to our Terms & Conditions to reflect these changes to Rewards.
