Delivery times update: While we’re able to pack and send your parcel quickly, our delivery partner, NZ Post, is experiencing some delays. More than 90% of our orders are being delivered within 3 days of NZ Post collecting them, however a small number are delayed longer. Learn more on the NZ Post website.


I haven't received my order, can you help me locate it?

If you have not received your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your dispatch notification please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this for you.



How can I track my order? 

You can track your order using the tracking number from your dispatch notification on New Zealand Post Tracking Tool.


I don't know what my tracking number is?

That's OK, simply contact us and we will be able to find this for you.
