Please note, that currently due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns, as part of our efforts to keep our warehouse and staff safe.

We will be able to accept returns once New Zealand has returned to Alert Level 2

Can I return my products? 

Yes, you can return your unwanted product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, if this has not been opened. We encourage you to use your original packaging as this is better for the environment!

How can I arrange a return?

Please send your products to:

Please make sure you provide your order number with your return. and that your products are wrapped well so that they arrive to us in a re-saleable condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an update to let you know. Your return will generally be processed within 10 working days.
