Can't see a shipping option at checkout? It might be because of the following reasons:
- You may have added a promo code to receive an offer as part of your overseas order - unfortunately, this may be one of our special offers that are only available for orders delivered to a New Zealand address. We apologise for this inconvenience.
- To see your available delivery options, you must have a complete address loaded against your account, or have all the applicable address fields at the checkout page correctly filled in. If you are trying to place an order and you have not added an address to your account, or to your order, this will cause an error message to appear.
- Due to freight disruptions caused by COVID-19, we are temporarily unable to deliver to some countries. You may have selected a country for which delivery services are temporarily unavailable. We monitor these very closely and resume services as soon as we can.
- Bee products are restricted to Western Australia so are unable to be sent there.
- Unfortunately due to regulatory restrictions we are unable to deliver some products containing specific ingredients to a number of destinations worldwide, these destinations include the USA, European Union, Brazil and Japan.
