How to sign in at the checkout

You can easily sign in at the checkout on our website. Follow these steps once you're ready to checkout:
- Enter your email address and password into the sign-in fields at checkout and click 'Sign In'
- You're ready to checkout!
What should I do if I see an error message 'Your email and passwords don't match'?
The password you have typed may have a typo, or the one saved by your browser isn't your most recent password.
If you aren't sure what your password might be - click the 'Forgot password' link just below the password field and follow the prompts.

What should I do if I see an error message 'User Does Not Exist'?
This means the email address you have typed isn't recognised
Double-check the email address, and make sure there are no spaces at the end of the address
If it's still not recognised, simply click the 'Create and Account' link and continue checking out
