I Want to Add a Delivery Instruction For My Parcel (NZ)

Updated by Meytal - HealthPost Team Member

Can I add a delivery instruction for my parcel?

Yes! If you have a special delivery instruction for the courier, simply add this in the delivery instruction field at checkout.

This will print on the top of your parcel's delivery label when we dispatch your order for you, so your courier will notice it when they deliver your parcel.

Order has just been placed, how can I do this?

Please contact us with your order number and the instruction, and if your order has not been dispatched we can add this for you.

I'm having trouble trying to add my delivery instructions on NZ Post website, what can I do?

Please contact us and we can add the delivery instructions for you.

Can the courier call me to arrange delivery?

NZ Post is our delivery partner, and unfortunately, NZ Post couriers are unable to call you to arrange a delivery or guarantee a delivery at a certain time of the day.

It's important for us to get your parcel delivered securely. We recommend considering using an alternative delivery address, where you know someone will be available to receive your parcel.

You can also select our Signature Required Service. This will guarantee your parcel is not left if you are not home at the time the courier arrives. This is available for you to select as your order's delivery option at the checkout.
