Can I add a delivery instruction for my parcel?
Yes! If you have a special delivery instruction or want to add a phone number for your courier, simply add this in the delivery instruction field at checkout.This will print on the top of your parcel's delivery label ticket when we dispatch your order for you, so your courier will notice it when they deliver your parcel.
I forgot to add my delivery instruction on an order I just placed, how can I do this?
Please contact us with your order number and the instruction, and if your order has not been dispatched we can add this for you.
