How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll automatically send you an email containing your tracking number. To track your orders with us, enter your tracking number on the New Zealand Post Tracking Tool website. A link to the website will be provided in the same email we send out.

If your order is being delivered internationally, you will also find additional information on your country's postal agency's tracking tool, once your parcel has landed in your country of destination.

How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the email we send out after your order has been dispatched, and you can also find it by signing into your account - www.healthpost.co.nz

Once signed in, head to ‘My Orders’ and click on the ‘Track Order’ button under the order you’d like to track.

I don't know what my tracking number is?

That's OK, simply contact us and we will be able to find this for you.
